The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wishes to exchange the product, and in international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. Return policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product presented to him by the store within three days following the date of receipt of the product, and he has no right after these three days. 2- The product must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. 3- The consumer bears the costs of the return process, and in the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer does not have the right to return the product in the following cases: 1- If the return period, which is only 3 days from receipt of the product, has passed. 2- If the product has been used. 3- The product cannot be returned without the barcode card and the price tag if they have been removed. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
